Party Pete is a major character featured in the Spiffy franchise. He serves as the host of Spiffy Party, and is a magical emcee. In Toshiko Crash-Up, he is a Minion. He also also appears in Obalon HQ, serving as the main gimmick of the stage.

Party Pete can be unlocked by reaching Level 8 with Spiffy.

Party Pete appears in Obalon HQ as the stage mash-up. He will occasionally start a mini-game. Before the match ends, the Evil Warlock appears and sucks Party Pete through a portal before disappearing.
